David Clegg, 'Trebus Project': 

an artist-led project researching dementia stories. Not a media project but conceptually interesting.

David Clegg, ‘An Occasional Cobra / Room 21’:

The researcher/artist interviews 3 people who lived in the same room in a care home one after the other. Despite never meeting their stories show similarities--apparently because elements are related the architecture of the room (which is above a laundry which can be heard at night, thus cuing memories of running water etc).
